My name is Sam and I was diagnosed in 2013 as having Celiac disease after battling a long illness with plenty of misdiagnoses.
This proved difficult for me as I am a great lover of all things food. All of a sudden my favourite meals were no longer allowed and I had to competely change my lifestyle.
My 2 favourite things are food and travel and while most places at home in Australia are accommodating, alot of other destinations worldwide are not.
Follow my journey as I tackle Celiac Disease and the challenges it brings all over the world in finding the best allergen-friendly eateries.
